Modernism inspired Santa Monica Residence

My clients had just moved to sunny California. They are a wonderful family with two kids. They love to travel and are always open to new experiences. . I participated in the house search from the start. . Guided by Yana Beranek, an experienced real estate agent, we reviewed many options and settled on a beautiful house in Santa Monica. Recently renovated, it comes with a cozy little garden, and my clients and I immediately fell in love with the place. . . All the time of the purchase and starting out remodeling my clients were on business overseas, and all discussions on layout, style and furnishing were carried out online. . . By the time of my clients’ return the house was completely ready with all the details taken care of, including bed linen and a stock of food in the fridge. . . My clients envisioned their new home in the new country in bright upbeat color scheme, casual modern style, charged with joy and optimism, inspiring and grounding at the same time. Therefore a mix of several styles was chosen: minimalism / mid century / slightly influenced by Memphis. . . With my help, this lovely family was spared the housing headache when moving to a new country, theirs in particular complicated by the schools issue. .
