MAINSTREET
Project Mainstreet is a one-bedroom apartment designed for rental in a modern style. . . The restrained, calm, and warm color palette of this interior was chosen deliberately. The light cream tones visually enlarge and expand the space, creating a neutral backdrop that each tenant can personalize by adding textiles and decor in their preferred colors. . . Key Features of the Space . One of the standout aspects of this project is its layout solution. Initially, the developer provided a large bedroom with a long hallway leading to the kitchen. We relocated the kitchen to the hallway area, creating a unified kitchen-living space. . . In the entryway, we added a closet with mirrored doors, which significantly enhances the perception of space. . . In the living room, we designed a multifunctional cabinet with both closed and open storage systems. This unit seamlessly transitions into a workspace and forms a cohesive module with a decorative wall finished with veneered panels. . . Material and Design Highlights . Walls in the living room and bedroom: finished with decorative plaster. The accent wall behind the bed features alternating 3D panels and mirrors. . Bathroom: walls are adorned with Porcelanosa tiles that beautifully replicate the texture and pattern of natural slate. . Contemporary design details: hidden doors, shadow baseboards, ceilings with shadow gaps, built-in lighting, and an abundance of ambient lighting throughout the space. . Project Details: . Location: Mainstreet, Moscow . Size: 44 m² . Completion: 2023
