The project's goal was to create a vibrant identity for the office of our partners in the construction business. . . The project involved the creation and expansion of office space both indoors and outdoors, integrating internal and external areas. The project aimed to showcase the philosophy of the construction company, emphasizing harmonious interaction with the surrounding environment and the new residential environment created by the construction firm. . . An important element of the composition is working with color and materials. Blue is the corporate color, representing the identity of MSImmobilien. The natural color of wood symbolizes the use of natural, environmentally friendly materials, which is an important value for the construction company. The interaction of colors and textures creates a rich variety of contrasts and perceptions of the terrace at different times of the day and year. . . On the construction site, there was an existing beautiful pine tree that we took as an important symbolic and architectural element, integrating it into the overall design. The solution to this task involved creating several components of landscape design: . . — Pergola providing shade and protection from the sun and precipitation. . — Terrace accessible from all office spaces, allowing the use of space both indoors and outdoors at any time. The terrace is also planned to host events and lectures. . — Landscape element with benches, framing and emphasizing the value and scenic beauty of the existing tree on one side. On the other side, it provides a place for relaxation and photo sessions on the terrace.
