The goal is to transform existing office, which currently has an outdated «corridor» layout, into a modern and dynamic workspace that fosters creativity, collaboration, and productivity. The project will be situated in the building of the former library, and it will aim to double the number of workstations and incorporate various auxiliary facilities and recreation areas. Our ultimate aim is to provide a comfortable and appealing workspace for employees to thrive in. . . The focus of our reconstruction project is to create an open and adaptable workspace that accommodates various working styles. The office will feature open workstations with adjustable desks and ergonomic seating to create a comfortable and functional environment. . . The main living area is an open space that combines the kitchen, dining room, and lounge. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and has a large island for cooking and gathering. The dining area has a large table for family meals and entertaining guests. The lounge area is furnished with comfortable seating and a fireplace for cozy evenings. . . The architecture of the weekend home is modern and functional. The use of natural materials like wood and stone creates a connection to the surrounding environment. Large windows and glass doors provide unobstructed views of the natural landscape and allow for plenty of natural light. . . Teams and individuals will have designated areas for focused work, while there will also be communal spaces for collaboration and team meetings. The design of the office will prioritize natural lighting and ventilation to create a refreshing and inviting ambiance, thereby reducing reliance on artificial lighting and heating. . . The revamped office will include recreational areas equipped with comfortable seating, plants, and natural lighting to promote relaxation and mental well-being. . .
