Luxury and comfort of the interior of a private house in Art Deco style
Creating an atmosphere of luxury and comfort in this interior is achieved by a combination of exquisite materials and art deco elements, with the simplicity of minimalism, functionality and convenience for the daily life of the owners, which was the main task for the designer. . . The house, with a successful orientation of the main premises to the south-west, was built in parallel with the development of the interior. Wide windows from the floor, with exits from the main premises to the spacious terrace, unite the external and internal space, which has become one of the main factors affecting the layout: the need to take into account all routes of movement and visual interconnections. The project of the house - you can see here. . . Initially, the tile from Versace was chosen for the bathroom and the entrance, the floor was oak parquet in the chevron layout. . . . Decision: . . In developing the interior design concept, the Scandinavian style was dictated by the architectural appearance and location of the house itself, which was softened by warm tones in the decoration, and by creating a light, relaxing look with natural shades of natural materials and Art-Deco refinement. . . A spacious hall meets visitors, on the one hand, leading to two guest rooms (which can be used as a fitness room and an office), and a guest bathroom, and on the other, to a wide closet with a comfortable pouf and a technical room. Visual emphasis is placed on the console with a mirror on the background of the wall with decorative plaster. The floor of the hallway combines tiles with ornament. . . From the entrance there is a view of the dining room and living room, which are combined with natural parquet floors, and a general touch of decorative plaster, and the ceiling lighting. . . The island kitchen with a bar counter is located on the same axis as the dining table, on top of which are two Vibia pendant lamps. A niche with a chest of drawers is also located on the same axis as the dining table, which is the center of the composition. . . In the living room, between two wide windows, a protruding wall with a TV is designed, forming a niche on its sides, in which the curtains can hide, revealing a chic evening view of the terrace. . . The private area is separated by a sliding door, with a mirrored surface facing the dressing room that separates the bedroom and the bathroom. The bedroom disposes to relaxation with delicate tones of decoration, and together with the spacious bathroom are combined with minimalist aesthetics in combination with elements of Art-Deco.
