Eco-loft interior in a two-level apartment

The interior of a two-level apartment with a spacious kitchen-studio, a lounge and a guest bathroom on the first level and a master bedroom, a children's and a bathroom on the second level in minimalism style, and small accents of loft style in the form of concrete textures and glass partitions. . . Tasks. . . The main attention was paid to the search for a suitable solution for the living room space, combined with the kitchen, and the convenient placement of the staircase. To choose the right version, we have developed several conceptual solutions for functional zoning. Constraining factors were the placement of risers for an autonomous heating boiler, which had to be hidden with a furniture composition. . . Squares of the second level did not allow to make large bedrooms, but they were quite suitable for a spacious bathroom, a small study and a dressing room. Since the mansard floor - all the communications for ventilation and air conditioning were located above the ceiling. . . Decision. . . The living room-studio and kitchen were divided into 2 zones by a partition, which did not reach the ceiling and ended with a glass insert. Thus, the ceiling looked solid, and the space increased visually. Also, a glass insert at the ceiling was proposed at the staircase - allowing to penetrate into the staircase hall daylight. . . A comfortable sofa band and a dining table were placed closer to the windows, and the gas boiler was hidden behind the hull composition with illumination, in the style of a chest of drawers under TV. On the walls in the hall and behind the sofa group, special wall panels have been designed, and to give freshness to the common space, we decided to use two eco-walls from natural plants - at the sofa and dining table. . . Staircase hall with illuminated steps and individually designed fencing on the second floor is decorated with several stained-glass windows with lighting, adding brightness and presentability. . . The master bedroom is designed in Japanese style, minimalist solution with landscape painting of the walls. The headboard of the podium is combined with a window sill in a single composition. . . In the nursery decided to arrange a bed on the second tier of the furniture composition, placing under it a sofa for viewing TV. The niches in the wall near the window were defeated by shelves, in a general composition with a computer table. . . A small office is arranged as an entrance room, and connects to the dressing room.
