Our mission is to create a pleasant living atmosphere for our guests in the idyllic location of the Black Forest. . . The “Haus Wasserfall” in Oppenau in the Black Forest has been owned by Wohnbaupartner H&A GmbH since 2016. Since the forest hotel «Haus Wasserfall» ceased operations more than 10 years ago, the entire hotel building and the surrounding property have been empty and unused because neither conversion nor renovation work has been carried out. . . It wasn’t until the second half of 2020 that the shareholders changed and the Wasserfall house use was reconceptualized. . . Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which practically hit the hotel sector the most, shareholders decided against reopening the hotel, which had not been in operation for over 10 years, because it was neither possible nor profitable. . . That’s why the company, which covers a large building and a spacious garden and outdoor area on a property in Oppenau in the Black Forest, has decided to expand its multifunctionality by modernizing its premises and adapting them to market requirements. She would like to offer the opportunity to use “Haus Wasserfall” for various purposes: Apartments for permanent living, holiday apartments, rental of space for commercial purposes such as offices, training and conference rooms and restaurants.
