Project bureau "IV Architect Studio" was established in 2019. Despite being new on the market, "IV Architect Studio" is equipped with professional team of leading architects who have more than 25 years of experience in designing, having worked in both Cyprus and Russia. Consequently, this studio's priority is placed in designing single-family detached houses as well as multi-family residential buildings. Furthermore, “IV Architect Studio” has a wide range portfolio that includes several residential and public interiors, as well as, concepts of new and reconstructed tourist facilities. For many years, the architects of the bureau have been cooperating with the largest real estate developers and major construction companies. Due to this cooperation over 300 projects were completed, of which the most prominent projects were 12-storeyed Tower “Park Tower” and “Park Suites” bungalow at the hotel complex "Park Lane", as well as, “ Sunrise ”and“ Sunshine ”villas, and lastly but not least “Dosudi Residence” apartments in the tourist area of Limassol. Particular attention is paid to the private customer, who has an individual approach to implementing the established tasks, professional experience and creative potential of the bureau specialists. The main principles of the bureau: professionalism, comprehensiveness and systematic approach to the design and implementation of each object.
