The modern and at the same time unique private residence by Kulenko Architects designed for the Kyiv region in Ukraine clearly belongs to the category of trophy architecture. The private estate was designed for the modern family with refined tastes, who likes to receive guests in their house. . . Customers wanted to see a modern house with all the necessary achievements of modern architecture and ergonomics, at the same time it was inspired by the culture of traditional Italy. This became the basis for the birth of the concept of creating a modern, highly comfortable residence based on the spirit of classical Italian stone architecture. . . The residence organically fits into the building plot, dividing it into two zones - public and private. Zoning of the site is achieved by a functional wall with openings. The public area serves as a greeting space for guests and homeowners, it is a zone of parking and landscaping in front of the entrance area to the house. The private area includes a pool area, a lawn area and a garden area. . . TOSCANA RESIDENCE has an area of 525 square meters. The ground floor contains a garage for two cars and a boat with an engine length of 8 meters, security area, technical service area, office, games area, spacious hall with kitchen and sofa group, second kitchen for cooks and a separate room with separate entrance from the street for storage of garden tools. The first floor is divided into an area of an adult bedroom and children's bedrooms. The adult and children's areas are divided by an atrium and a bridge between these areas, which leads to the stairs from the first floor. . . The facades of the residence are lined with living chipped stone from Italian mountain deposits. The building has both, a flat roof and pitched one. Flat areas of the roof are covered with a terrace board and are suitable for operation. Sloping sections of the roof are made in the technology of metal folds, in a noble dark brown color. . .
