The main feature of the interior was the bold decision of the Clients to create an elegant classic interior in part of the rooms on the first floor of a wooden house built using modern technologies. . . To create such an interior, it was necessary to take into account many technical nuances, first of all, the constant shrinkage of this type of houses. Therefore, we had to ensure the independent location of the ceiling trim elements with beams and columns from the floor and load-bearing walls. Where the columns adjoin the floor, we made the decoration of their lower part with a removable plinth with a technical gap, and the same gap was provided in the places where the decorative ceiling cornices adjoin the load-bearing walls - all this will allow the house to settle evenly, without destroying the integrity of the interior finishes and, if necessary, perform manual adjustment of the house's shrinkage through jacks located at the base of the columns. . . Alongside the search for solutions to technical nuances, we also faced the task of creating a spacious "airy" interior with maximum preservation of high ceilings. The use of light tones in the interior, various decorative elements such as ceiling cornices and wall moldings, allowed to visually increase the volume of space and preserve its height. . . --------------------------------------------------------------------- . . В создании такого интерьера потребовалось учесть много технических нюансов и в первую очередь постоянную усадку подобного типа домов. Поэтому нам потребовалось обеспечить независимое расположение элементов отделки потолка с балками и колонн от пола и несущих стен. Там, где колонны примыкают к полу, мы сделали отделку их нижней части съемным плинтусом с техническим зазором и такой же зазор предусмотрели в местах примыкания декоративных потолочных карнизов к несущим стенам – все это позволит дому равномерно садиться, не разрушая целостность отделочных покрытий интерьера и при необходимости выполнять ручную регулировку усадки дома через домкраты, которые расположены в основании колонн. . . Наряду с поиском решений технических нюансов перед нами также стояла задача создать просторный «воздушный» интерьер с максимальным сохранением высоких потолков. Использование светлых тонов в интерьере, различных декоративных элементов таких как потолочные карнизы и настенные молдинги, позволило визуально увеличить объем пространства и сохранить его высоту.
