St John's Wood

This project was a full refurbishment of a two bedroom/two bathroom flat in one of the residential blocks in St John's Wood. The brief was to create a minimal yet functional interior in a neutral colour palette. . Space was of the essence, and we have achieved the almost impossible in the kitchen. This was one of the most irregular shaped rooms we have ever seen. Initially 3(!) doors has been reduced to two; an introduction of the American fridge-freezer, and a small breakfast bar was achieved - both were on the top of our Client's wish list! Clever storage introduced under the bar area, and all appliances neatly concealed behind the handle-less doors. Dark timber worktop gives a warmer feel to the grey cabinetry.
