Re-design of reception room

The Client approached us to re-design their existing reception area on the 4th floor of the Head Office. The complexity of the space was it's narrow shape, high ceiling (+3.620) and poor orginized traffic from entering the room to secretary's table (as it was not facing the main door). . We have offered a solution to divide the space with a 2.4m height partition and change the accent colours of the walls to make the room look visually proportioned. The secretary's table was rotated by 90 degrees which made it more welcoming for the visitors as they arrive. There were also added decorative schemes on the walls and some items which altogether didn't cost much but made a huge difference to the ambience. . The project required a minimum construction and almost no dirty works, it was scheduled to be completed withing a week. A good example of how a thoughtful design may save a badly planned space.
