PEARL HOUSE
PEARL HOUSE is a family residence on the velvet shores of the Persian Gulf. A house that combines Arabian motifs and traditions with the aesthetics and practice of modern minimalism. . . A traditional Arabian house has its own peculiarities: separate areas for men's meetings, a family area, and other zones should not intersect. And several entrances to the house had to be separated. So that at least three independent scenarios could unfold simultaneously. . . We had to place and coordinate all this on a small plot. In addition, the customers wanted the coast to be visible from almost any part of the house. The water theme in this project is revealed in a special way. . . The aesthetic challenge was to combine elements of traditional local architecture and modern functional minimalism. The rhythm helped us here.
