We have implemented the lighting design for the Quarry Service company's office in St. Petersburg. . . The company occupies three floors of a business center located at 20 Rapischeva Street. The first floor, in the future, will serve as the front office for client and guest interactions. The second floor, which has already been completed, is designated for the company's management and includes offices for top managers, department heads, meeting rooms, and the CEO's office. The third floor houses various departments and divisions. . . In this project, lighting plays a crucial role, especially in the office workspaces where linear fixtures from the elongated HOKASU profile series measuring 50/70mm are used. . . Reception Area: . The reception area serves as the face of the company, where guests form their initial impressions. Therefore, it is essential to have proper lighting. In the Quarry Service office project, we have implemented a combined solution: a linear HOKASU 50/70 fixture above the reception desk and three adjustable CL-KARDAN fixtures installed along the wall to provide uniform lighting for the workspace. . . Collaboration Space: . Upon entering the company's office, you'll find a collaborative meeting area designed for informal gatherings and discussions. Here, employees can engage in brainstorming sessions or simply enjoy a cup of coffee. . . While this space benefits from ample natural light due to panoramic windows, we took into account a few other important factors: . . The office is located in St. Petersburg, where daylight hours are shorter, particularly during the fall. . Paperwork and computer work are common tasks in this area. . To address these considerations, we designed three black linear fixtures, each measuring 1250mm. These fixtures are equipped with LED modules with a color temperature of 4000K, providing lighting akin to morning sunlight. They are strategically positioned above the long table, ensuring a pleasant and evenly distributed light for the collaboration zone. . . Workstations: . Workstations are organized into sections and separated by transparent partitions, creating an ideal layout for a company that emphasizes teamwork. When planning the lighting for workstations, it was crucial to achieve the right level of illumination while minimizing glare on computer screens. To avoid glare issues and create a comfortable workspace, we installed HOKASU 50/70 linear fixtures above the workstations. These fixtures are equipped with LED modules with a color temperature of 4000K and feature diffusers made from German polycarbonate, ensuring optimal and soft light distribution across the work surface. . . Meeting Rooms: . The office at Rapischeva Street lacks entirely closed or open spaces. Light and space flow through lightweight glass partitions, while louvers and unique patterns on transparent films on glass partitions visually define the spaces. . . In one of the meeting rooms, we installed square-shaped lighting structures made from the 50/70mm profile series. The lighting in this meeting room is designed to provide clients and partners with an efficient and comfortable environment for conducting business meetings. . . Another meeting room features a 2500mm HOKASU 50/70 linear fixture that matches the length of the conference table. The lighting here is designed to ensure clients and partners have an efficient and comfortable environment for conducting business meetings. . . We also want to highlight a meeting room with square fixtures above the table, where we installed HOKASU Frame series fixtures measuring 1250x1250mm in black. These fixtures are characterized by their use of corner connections, allowing for a seamless all-metal housing without gaps in the fixture's corners. . . CEO's Office: . The interior design incorporates corporate colors and natural materials, emphasizing the company's environmental commitment and creating a more welcoming atmosphere. Wooden slats run along the ceiling perimeter, with HOKASU 50/70 linear fixtures in between. The substantial fixture size contributes to an impressive elongated shape. Additionally, a large compartment is provided for the power supply, making it convenient for internal control (DALI, TRIAC, 0-10V, 2.4GHz). . . Overall, this project demonstrates a well-executed lighting design that caters to various office spaces, enhancing productivity and comfort for Quarry Service employees and creating an inviting environment for clients and guests.
