Office in the "Subbota" Residential Complex

The project for the Moscow office in the "Subbota" residential complex by the apartment-studio Mezon. . . Above the reception desk and waiting area, we have placed surface-mounted CUBUS fixtures in black, creating an eye-catching contrast with the white ceiling. Ensuring perfect color rendering and an adequate level of illumination in the reception area is essential for the efficient work of the staff and the comfort of visitors. . . Specially designed for the collaboration area, we have created a modular luminaire, HOKASU Frame, which will be installed above a small workspace. The light lines are equipped with HOKASU LED modules with a color temperature of 4000K, allowing for even distribution of soft light across the entire work surface. . . The interior of the workspace predominantly features wood and brick elements, reflecting the company's activities and harmonizing with the overall style. . . We have optimized the lighting design of the office and developed unique lighting solutions for workstations. It's worth noting that the recommended lighting levels for workspaces are 500 lux for the work desk and 300 lux for the surrounding area. The lighting in this space meets or exceeds these values thanks to the randomly placed HOKASU S50 linear fixtures along the perimeter of the room.
