Nestled on the outskirts of urban areas, Project Marne la Vallee B enjoys a serene location that offers numerous advantages. The expansive space surrounding the building allows for larger workspaces, ensuring ample room for any team to thrive. The lush greenery that envelops the premises creates a revitalizing atmosphere, promoting a sense of tranquility and well-being. We ‘ve chosen a very warm colour palette for this building. To create a warm atmosphere, we used a warm earthy colour of terracotta. In combination with rotang furniture and lots of plants, it gives a very home feel to this office space. . Almost entire ground floor is dedicated to the common areas: Village where coworkers can enjoy lunch or work in groups. Next to the village we have a more quite space : second home. This space has different big tables for groups and collaborations. A little further we have a lounge area with the entrance to the terrace. . . Commitment to Sustainability .
