The landscaping was also decorated using natural materials like granite pavers, marble and teak. The design site has a significant drop in elevation and direct access to the shore, with gabions reinforcing the landscape levels and the passage. There is also a helipad on the site. . . The basement floor is reserved for entertainment and recreational functions: a billiard room, a cinema hall, a gym, a swimming pool and all types of baths and saunas, including a salt room. There's a total of seven bedrooms and a built-in garage for 3 cars in the house, which is located on the shore. . . Interior . The interior is made in light colors, combining natural materials like precious wood and marble on the floor. Functionality and harmony of forms and textures is the main motto. Soft but slightly contrasting tones make the interior calm and lightly playful. Large window openings fill the room with sunlight, and the waterscape pleases the eye every day. .
