Dmitry Portnyagin's Garage

We executed the lighting design for the "Transformer" garage of Dmitry Portnyagin. We simulated the lighting levels in the garage and the presence of shadows in key areas. We conducted photometric calculations, changed the configuration, and repositioned the luminaires. . . In the garage, we used linear HOKASU luminaires, resembling directional indicators. For instance, above the parking area, we installed five luminaires indicating the direction when exiting the garage with a Lamborghini Urus. Above the technical area, we placed two rectangular HOKASU Frame luminaires measuring 2.5*1.2 meters. . . As seen in the visualization (see the 8th photo), the final result differs from the initial concept: the placement of rectangular structures changed, and the decision was made not to install X-shaped luminaires at the garage exit simply because there wasn't enough space. . . Please note that in the project's visualization, the authors planned to install lighting structures with profiles that would closely abut each other, creating luminaires with visible seams. We modified the luminaire configuration and crafted structures without visible seams between the profiles – take a look at the result. . . The production time, including powder coating, was 3 working days. The fully assembled luminaires were delivered to the garage, where they only needed to be hung and connected to the power supply.
