A realized project – Coworking "Yasnaya Polyana". . A new workspace in the heart of St. Petersburg. A modern office with an author's design. . . In our own production, we created a series of functional built-in linear luminaires and pendant Y-shaped luminaires that complement the modern space with individuality. . . With the help of high-quality lighting equipment from HOKASU, we have increased the productivity of the coworking space's participants. Refined luminaires from a Japanese manufacturer add sophistication and a modern look to the interior. . . Space "Pereval" . A workspace for 16 people with a bright screen, Alexander Dashevsky's painting "Colosseum," and a modern lighting scenario: Coworking Yasnaya Polyana. The windows of the space face an old building, which obstructs natural light from entering the room – this deficiency is compensated by an original lighting scenario inside the space. . . The right lighting creates visual effects that motivate coworking participants, improve their mood, and also serve as a design decoration. . . To convey the volume of the space, emphasize the stylistic decisions, and create the appropriate atmosphere, we used HOKASU S50 lighting lines in silver, arranged in a chaotic order. The S50 series with a matte diffuser provides even lighting and eliminates pixelation. . . Space "Voskresenie" (Resurrection) . A workspace for 24 people with a view of Lev Tolstoy Square. The peculiarity of the "Voskresenie" (Resurrection) space is the restored brick wall of a mansion. The space is designed in a loft style. The interior of the space is complemented by a painting by the famous Russian artist Alexander Dashevsky – "Bomb Shelter" and installations by Mikhail Buntin. . . The space is convenient because there is a lighting line with a matte diffuser installed above each workstation, ensuring even light distribution over the work surface. . . Especially for Yasnaya Polyana, we optimized the lighting project and manufactured HOKASU S50 linear luminaires in silver. The S50 series is a modern solution for office space. It has geometric clarity and an individual style. . . Coworking "Yasnaya Polyana" is located in a historic mansion on Lev Tolstoy Square in Petrogradskaya. The building was built in 1903, originally serving as V.M. Korzinin's rental house, and in Soviet times, it housed communal apartments. It took more than two years to transform the former communal apartments into a comfortable workspace – the time spent on major repairs, designing the interior, and bringing it to life. The main goal was to create a space where author's interior design is combined with modern technologies, and every detail inspires productive work and creativity.
