В этом проекте наша студия отдала предпочтение природной цветовой гамме, а также контрастному сочетанию цветов. Фасад также разбавлен древесной фактурой фасадной доски. . . Предложения по планировке участка и его благоустройство, разработаны, исходя из сложившегося рельефа и размещения деревьев на участке. Дом представляет собой линейную прямоугольную форму с плоской кровлей, разбитую по высотности на два объема, но объединенную в одну конструкцию с помощью вертикальных элементов и свеса террасы на заднем фасаде. . . Такое решение объема, позволило максимально раскрыть обзор на участок из каждой жилой комнаты дома, сформировав спальный блок в пониженном объеме, высота которого 3 м. В объёме повышенного блока, высота которого 3,5 м, разместились кухня-студия с последующим переходом в террасу. Все технические помещения удалось сгруппировать вдоль западного фасада. . . Фасад дома облицован термодоской на вентилируемом фасаде и штукатуркой, цоколь покрыт керамогранитными плитами, которые подчеркивают геометрию конструкций. . . All technical rooms managed to be grouped along the western facade. . . The facade of the house is faced with a thermal one on a ventilated facade and plaster, the plinth is covered with ceramic granite slabs that depict the geometry of the structures.
