Uptown Transformer Apartment

Layout before and after. Initially it was a two-bedroom apartment. Since both owners work from home, a new layout has to follow a “living-working” concept. The goal of this gut renovation was to create three isolated rooms: main bedroom and two small working studios. Each studio has custom made furniture for sleeping, as well as working tables and closets. Both can be used as a guest bedroom, if necessary. Another task was to generate enough storage space for canvases and other artistic stuff. It was also important to obtain a large enough living room adjusted to the kitchen and to one of the studios, so that all three areas could create one joint and commodious space. .
