The design project of this office space, with a total area of 120 square meters, embodies modern minimalism with a focus on functionality and aesthetics. The office is designed for the comfortable accommodation of 16 people and consists of a common area, a meeting room, a director's office, a kitchen, and toilets. The interior features a neutral color palette with white walls, a gray concrete ceiling and floor, as well as wooden elements in warm tones to create a cozy yet professional atmosphere. The design is complemented by black accents in the form of lighting and fittings, adding contrast and a contemporary feel.The common area is divided by glass partitions, which provide transparency and a sense of space while isolating the meeting room and the director's office. The furniture has a minimalist design, including modular bookshelves, simple chairs, and tables with clean lines. The lighting consists of natural light from the windows, artificial light from pendant fixtures above the tables, and recessed spotlights on the ceiling. Warm hidden lighting adds a sense of depth, particularly to metallic surfaces, and emphasizes the materiality of textures overall. . Built-in cabinets with wooden facades are intended for storage without taking up extra space, while the bathroom is designed in dark tones with black mosaic tiles and gray walls.
