Marika House in Italy

These images are a 3D rendering of a private house remodeling based on a new architectural design concept and the surrounding terrain in Italy. The chief designer, construction manager, architectural designer is the architect Giampaolo Zanon. . This house for a large friendly family is located in a very cozy place, quite intimate and isolated with an excellent view of the Dolomites Mountains to the Santa Croce lake. The original architectural design of the house creatively interpreted of the experience of contemporary art and construction, its unique design expresses the ideas of constructivism and organic architecture, ideas of functionalism and expressionism. The interiors are made in a minimalist style, various types of natural wood, microcement plaster and Cotto d'Este are widely used in surface finishing and individual furniture designs. The brightness and aesthetic style of the interiors are given by the original furniture objects of famous Italian and international factories, among them: B&B Italia, Cassina, Roche Bobois, Tonin casa, Vondom, Lago, Annular Light, Simas, Antonio Lupi, Bagno Italiano, Foscarini, Cielo, Tom Dixon, Kartell, Tosconova and so on. The interiors of the living room, fireplace area and recreation area, as well as the dining room and kitchen space are combined in a single two-height volume with a greenhouse double glazing overlooking the Dolomites Mountains. .
