HARBOUR HILLS ANDRATX is a hotel-type house in one of the most picturesque corners of Mallorca. A house that combines the local light mood with thoughtful functionality, and amazing solutions with extraordinary comfort. . . Mallorca has height restrictions, so to design a bright four-story house, we resorted to an inventive solution - we placed it in a cascade on a sloping mountain slope. . . To allow daylight to penetrate even the lower level, we dug a pit. . . Each of the tiers has its own recreational areas: from shady niches to a large outdoor pool and a roof terrace.
