The two-story brick building was built in the constructivist style. The shape in the plan is close to L-shaped with a complex volume in the corner part. The entrance group is located in a semicircular protruding drum, above which is placed a tall lantern of a smaller radius, in which there is a stairwell. Above the volume of the restaurant there is a narrow third floor of the Banquet hall. Over the Windows of the Banquet hall there are canopies on reinforced concrete consoles. Structurally, the building is based on a three-span grid of columns and load-bearing upper walls. The floors on the first floor are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. Wood, metal, decorative glass and other finishing materials were used in the interiors of the halls of the restaurant and diet canteen, designed in 1974-1977 at the Institute "Belgiprotorg" (architects L. Melnik, G. Sysoev).
