This apartment project aimed not only to create a modern design with natural elements but also to ensure high-quality renovation with reliable equipment and utilities. The floors and walls were dismantled to install efficient heating and plumbing systems. New electrical wiring was laid out for convenient management of the equipment in emergency situations. Soundproofing materials were installed on the floors, walls, and ceilings, allowing the residents to enjoy loud music without disturbing their neighbors. The project utilized natural materials, including wood and stone. Additionally, a multi-level lighting control system was thoughtfully designed, ranging from general lighting to decorative illumination for curtain niches and furniture, ensuring a calming evening ambiance.
