Apartment, 250 m²

A large apartment (250 sq.m.) designed for a big family with four children. The clients came to us seeking a classical interior, but early in the design process, the luxurious classic style was softened, becoming more modern and restrained, with a focus on the beauty of large spaces, finishing materials, and artwork. The primary attention in this project was given not to stylistic solutions, but to details of comfort—lighting schemes, wardrobe layouts, specific parameters for the wine fridge and electronic locks, and other nuances that turn a good apartment into a thoughtfully designed "dream home." . . The "classical" element here is not only in the finishes, furnishings, or the elegant pattern of wall panels but primarily in the layout: the large space allowed for a spacious living room and an elegant dining room, separate from the kitchen. . . For the younger generation of the family, an entire "block" of the apartment was allocated, designed per the parents' wishes to be bright and cheerful: two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large, spacious playroom shared by all. The layout is designed "for growth": as the children get older, the playroom can be divided into two more bedrooms, giving each child their own room. We strive to create timeless interiors that will not only last for many years but also remain relevant and, if necessary, adapt along with the family.
